Shipping policy

Please allow 48-72 business hours for processing. During holidays and major sales, this timeframe may increase. You will be notified via the communication (e.g. email, text) method provided at checkout.

Standard shipping times are 5-7 business days.

We ship within the United States and Internationally. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $150 and up. Free shipping applies to frenchkisscouture.com online orders totaling $150+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling, and taxes are added. French Kiss Couture Gift Cards do not count toward the $150 order total. Free Shipping may have some exclusions during a sale.

International Shipping

Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with package delivery. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

In some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. FKC and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as FKC does not cover additional customs fee charges. FKC is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

Cancellations and changes in the order must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed via email and/or verbally to our customer service team.

*If there is an error in the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned to us and we contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes made on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs. 

*Mistakes done on behalf of the customer do NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.

*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed package has been returned, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again.
